Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 7–15 business days

• International: 10–25 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

The Laboratory Vault is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, customs delays, or events outside of our control.

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
